Meditatio Sonus is a project that invites sound artists to lead a meditation session at the Oaxaca Museum of Contemporary Art.

This session guides the relaxation of listeners through the incorporation of minimalist music resources and the culture of the ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response), a biological phenomenon characterized by a pleasant sensation of relaxation through whispers and everyday sounds repetitive.
