Markup languages add data or meta-descriptions to texts, making them "machine understandable". Due to the complexity and specificity of each area of knowledge, there are markup languages that focus on specific contexts: MathML (math markup language); GML (Geography Markup Language); the well-known HTML (Hyper Text markup language), etc. ASML is a markup language that allows the computer program to recognize some common categories in art text: works, artists, institutions, also if it refers to a specific work or to the abstract concept "work", with this artificial interpretation you can generate Visualizations or sonifications of the data, which although they are not intended to be rigorous in terms of computational linguistics, are a way of expeculating visual and sound expressions such as scores or scripts that are once again artworks.
